The Concerns & Feedback Box is an anonymous method for members of the School of Physics to provide suggestions, share ideas and feedback, or express concerns.

Submissions will be reviewed by the School of Physics Ombudspeople. Please note that the anonymous nature of the feedback box makes it primarily an information-collecting tool. Actions and outcomes for submitted concerns may be limited. The Ombudspeople will exercise their best judgment to determine the most appropriate course of action.
No permanent records will be retained of the submissions, though generalized statistics will be kept to help paint a picture of the climate in the School and guide future decision-making.
